FAQ

1. Which locations do you cover?

We are based in Spain but photograph weddings, elopements and editorial sessions all over Europe. Travel to major destinations such as Italy, France, the UK, or Portugal is easily arranged. Favorite destination always Mallorca.

2. How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for high-season dates (May–October). However, feel free to inquire about last-minute availability.

3. Can we meet before the wedding?

Absolutely. We offer video calls at any time during planning. If you arrive a few days early, we can also meet in person.

4. Do you offer pre-wedding or engagement sessions?

Yes. Many of our international couples book engagement or pre-wedding sessions, typically in iconic locations or meaningful spots for them.

5. When will we receive our photos?

Delivery times are usually 10-14 weeks for weddings and 3-4 weeks for portrait or engagement sessions.

You’ll receive a private online gallery, password-protected, with unlimited downloads in high resolution. You can share it easily with friends and family.

6. Do you offer albums and prints?

Yes. We design handcrafted fine-art albums and offer museum-quality prints. International shipping is available.

7. What is required to secure the date?

A signed contract and a booking fee (retainer). The remaining balance is typically due two weeks before the event.

8. Can you help us with planning or vendor recommendations?

Of course. We frequently assist international clients with local vendors, timelines and location scouting.

9. Are you a two–photographer team?

Knox is led by Carlos and Raquel, the creative heart of the brand, but we are more than a duo. We work with an incredible, highly–trained team who shares our vision, our aesthetic and our standards of quality.

You can book both of us together, or one of us individually, depending on the coverage you need. No matter the option, you always receive the signature Knox experience and style.

10. How do travel fees work?

For international weddings, travel fees (flights, accommodation, and local transport) are billed at cost. We always provide a detailed estimate before booking. If your wedding is international, this service will be included in the quote you receive.
